By placing an order at stickers.net.au, you agree to our terms & conditions as follows.
Payment is required before your order will be made unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, & Paypal for instant payments.
You can also choose to pay by Cheque. If you pay by cheque, your order will not be made or sent until we receive and clear your cheque.
We strive to provide the best quality products and will replace without question any that are found to be faulty within 90 Days
Quality of Goods
Our Stickers are printed on quality vinyl with an outdoor life expectancy of up to 3 years. The life of stickers may vary either more or less than this figure depending on where & what they are applied to.
Either call us to make arrangements for the return of faulty goods or return the goods quoting the original Invoice / Order Number and date purchased. We will replace them forthwith.
If you are unhappy with your order due to the goods being faulty, Stickers n Things guarantees to replace your order. Stickers n Things will not replace orders that have been ordered with incorrect details supplied by you the customer or ordered in error by you the customer, e.g. incorrect size, colour etc.
Most orders are dispatched within seven working days after your order is received, paid and proof approved. For large orders, we may require longer.
When you place an order for a custom design, your proof will be emailed to you usually within two business day to the email address supplied in your order. This proof needs to be approved promptly to avoid delays with your order. If you do not approve your proof within 7 business days, and do not answer our follow up emails, your order may be made and posted with the information supplied to us in your order. If your order gets made and posted without us receiving your proof approval, you will be responsible for any mistakes in the information supplied in your order.
Delivery Methods & Charges
Orders will be shipped by Australia Post with a tracking number.
We reserve the right to charge a freight charge of $15 to parcels/orders returned to Stickers n Things due to Australia Post not being able to deliver your parcel/order
due to the following reasons.
(1) You supply us with a wrong or incomplete address or,
(2) You are unavailable or refuse to sign for the delivery of your order and Australia Post returns it to us.
We also have an Express post option which if selected in our checkout, will be charged at an additional fee that will be calculated in the checkout within Australia.
Unfortunately, we only ship within Australia.
GST is applied at 10%

If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of placing the order, please e-mail Stickers n Things at email@example.com or call us on 1300 864 212.
Stickers n Things does not pass data about its customers to any third party.

All transactions processed by our website are encrypted & secure.
On-line Credit card transactions are securely handled by eway.
eWAY has been certified as a trusted partner by the major credit card schemes.
Applicable Law / Courts of Jurisdiction
Stickers n Things is governed by the laws and courts of Australia.
Retention of Title
All designs and artwork prepared by Stickers n Things are Copyright © by Stickers n Things and may not be reproduced without permission from Stickers n Things unless you have used our "Hire a Designer" service.
